Dear Aunt Ramona and Families, We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Uncle Carl was a very nice Uncle and we alway enjoyed visiting and talking to him when he visited Michigan. Uncle Carl is now up with his sister Elizabeth (my Mom) resting peacefully. May God Bless you, and we will say extra prayers for you. Love, Joe and Kathy Bernard

Dear Aunt Ramona, I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I remember spending time with him at family reunions in Michigan. Uncle Carl was a good man and one that served his country proudly! We both spoke at length about his service in the Army together. Two generations who served. The stories he shared with me and so many other service members, and more importantly the sacrifices he made. They are never forgotten. So remember, it is people like Carl who make this country great. I am proud of him and I know you are too. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and remember he lives on in our hearts. Gary Ortiz

My Dearest Aunt Romona, I am so sorry for your loss. I was just speaking to Stan(my brotheron Friday evening about Uncle Carl. I remember the times when you both came to MI. Especially the time you made a motor home out of a school bus. Uncle had such a zest for life and a love for traveling. My prayers are with you and Donny and Sandy. Uncle is now with my Mom-Liz,Grandma & Grandpa,Uncle Joe and my husband Jerry. I will keep you in my prayers and ask for peace, comfort, guidance, and strength. All my love, Anne Roggensee
