Billy was my very first cousin. I will always remember what a wonderful brother, son ,grandson, nephew and cousin and then father and grandfather. He will be missed by all. Till we meet again

Bill was our first nephew and such a joy for our family. We loved him very much! He was a wonderful, son and father and will be greatly missed.
