Belva Krakow

I met Belva only once and enjoyed knowing her. She was definitely a 'people' person, loving family and being loved by them. She was in her 90s when I met her, and I was impressed with how active she stayed and what a cheerful attitude she had. I am very thankful I got to meet her. Later, she would send me poetry and brief notes, always upbeat and never complaining. I look forward to meeting her again 'across the river'.
