Barbara Saeman

To Barbara's family- I was having dinner with a priest friend of mine - Father Larry Bakke and he told me today that Barbara had passed away. Please know of my shock and sadness. She was a wonderful woman. I knew her when she was the Secretary for Holy Name Seminary when I was a student there. I talked to her almost every single day for 2 years until I left at the end of my sophmore year. She was a very special lady and I have alot of wonderful memories of her kindness, her joyful personality and her joyful spirit. I'm sorry that I didn't know she was sick - I would have loved to have seen her one more time. I did have the blessing of seeing her a few years ago at Concerts on the Square in Madison and had a conversation with her - it was good to see her warm and wonderful smile again!
