Joe Bleifuhs

Today Schmidt's Auto morns the loss of our co-worker and friend, Joe Bleifhus. Joe lost his battle with cancer today. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Linda and the entire family. We will miss you dearly!

Linda, How we all prayed this would end differently when we were at the walk. Norm and I send our love and prayers to you and the family. We are so sorry and oh how I would love to see his smile when receiving his Chocolate Chip Cookies or coming in to GHC and making my day. Love and Hugs, Ginny and Norm

I worked with Joe back in the 60s at the University Boat House (behind the Red Gym). we had some great times and mischievery.

So many memories over the years, but one that will always stand out is my 50 th birthday (15 years ago) when Joe and Linda and my brother and his wife decided to surprise me with a limo! We were in town to help Carl and Barb move, and when the limo guy and Joe and Linda showed up, I was indeed surprised. The six of us might not have behaved well that night, but we sure did have a lot of laughs and craziness. We love you Joey and Linda, we always will. Julie and Mick
