Tiny Angel
For a brief and fleeting moment, an Angel touched the ground.
With tiny wings and halo, and sweet, soft angel sounds.
Blessing the lives of others, in beauty and in grace.
Those who saw the angel knew God had kissed his tiny face.
The angel came for reasons we may not understand, a journey brief with gifts so great and guided by God's hand.
So rest now tiny angel your work on earth is through.
In the beauty of God's perfect love we saw his gifts in you.
We love you Ji'ale.

Dear baby Ji'ale, I will never forget the precious hours I spent holding you. You were such a calm and peaceful baby in my arms that it was hard to let you go. I will always remember how you came so alert and active when your father held you, you got so excited and tried so hard to focus on his face. It was clear to me that you were a child who felt loved, safe and connected deeply to both your parents, and that made me so happy for you. We'll never understand or know why you had to leave us so soon, but you could not have been more loved. You will be missed always, and your memory will be treasured. Rest in everlasting peace and light, little one. Until we see you again, holding you close in our hearts with so much love, Auntie Sarajane, and cousins Brianne and Drew
