Axel Edwin Dahlberg

Sharon, I just heard this sad news! I am SO sorry! My heart aches for you! I wish I could give you a hug and make everything all better! I know you have a ton of fabulous memories with Axel! My deepest sympathy to you! Cathy Johnson retired from the USPS! Miss you!!

Sad to hear of Axels passing. He was a good neighbor to us in Cottage Grove. He will be missed.

Axel & Sharon were great friends. We had a great time last winter in Arizona. We visited the Grand Canyon, the petrified forest and many other wonderful sights. Axel & Sharon and George and I played a lot of the card game Clean Hands and Dirty Feet. Axel was a great coffee buddy to George. He had many stories to tell. We will have many fond memories of him. We will miss him greatly.

Sharon, Axel will be missed by many people, including Marg and I. My friendship with Axel goes so many years back that I don't remember how we met. We had many trips to the Chicago Car Show and drag races. I remember when he quit driving the dragster, turning the steering wheel over to A.J. He sold us the replacement windows for our house and he bought his house from me. But the best was our time at the coffee shop. We solved world problems many times over.
