Dad,Thank you for being the caring, loving father that you were to me and Eric and his children and the whole family. There will not be a day that goes by that we won't remember you in a million different ways. Your love of children and always give the kids a dollar from "grandpa", your sweet tooth and love of cookies and candy and your love of tomatoes and ham will always be remembered. Every year when we celebrate Eric's birthday it will also be your birthday as well. Thank you for creating wonderful memories of a good and honorable father and grandfather. You will be missed greatly. Love, Your daughter Fay

faye and family, I am so sorry for your loss! faye, I am monicas sister and we met this past winter at a play. I know your family has had many of the same struggle as my family but also know the love and commitment that was the driving force. God bless your family at this time of loss. Mary DiMaggio

Allen was a great father who always was very proud of his family. He would always asked how his grandchildren were doing, and was happy and content when family was around to visit. He kept telling me how proud he was of me.I would tell Dad how proud of him I and his sisters were of him being our father. I like Allen became a Fire Chief and followed in his footsteps, spending 40 years of my life in the fire service.Dad showed me how great a profession being a firefighter was, and I never had any regrets following his career advise. Dad was a very dedicated public servant. Allen missed many family events because of his work ethic, but we all understood, his passion for his work. He was my mentor, and I could always call him for sound advise. One of Dad's request in his later years, was that he never be put in a nursing home. Thanks to the dedication of his family,Darci,Karen,Carol,Adrienne, The VA and others, Allen spent his final years at home.I am eternally grateful to Fay(his primary caregivers for four years),Sue,John and Mom for helping Dad. GOD SPEED!

Kent and Family: Please accept my condolences on the passing of your father, grandfather and good friend. While I was privilaged to meet Mr. Hulett only once he appeared to be a very nice man who held a great deal of knowledge of the fire service. It appears he lead an outstanding life and I know you will miss him greatly. Please accept my best wishes to you all. We are thinking of you all.
