Before I retired in 2012 from UW Hospital, I worked closely with Nancy Jo and our potential liver transplant candidates when they first entered the system. She always had the right answer, knew the right person to call. She was so smart. Many a late Thursday afternoon, I was in her office, discussing a patient that was an add-on for the next morning's evaluation clinic. She took it all in stride. I am stunned to read of her passing. My deepest sympathies to her family. She will be missed.

I met and worked with Nancy t UW Hospital. We became good friends and that continued up until the time of her passing. Nancy was kind, caring and giving. She was one of a kind for sure. I will remember her smile, the way she’d throw her head back and laugh and many chat sessions filled with lots of giggles. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends. Rest in Jesus arms Nancy. I’m so going to miss you.

To the family of Nancy, I sincerely wish you my condolences in this difficult time.
Remembering Nancy and our shared High School Days at LaFollette. She was always happy go lucky, and had a smile on her face. She was one of my best friends in High School and I will never forget the fun that we had. slumber parties. skate boarding. the dances! It has been difficult to stay in touch, as I wish now that we had been able to more than we did. Life often interferes, regrettably. I'm certain that Nancy is in a better place now, may you rest in peace now.
