So pleased I saw Mariann's obituary. I worked with and supervised Mariann for several years at the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups. Mariann was, indeed, her own person. She was always upbeat, kind and friendly to all. She took great pride in her accomplishments and family. She strived for perfection in all her work with home restorations and loved every minute of it. It is my hope and prayer that she is at rest with peace. She will be fondly remembered. I just saw this posting and am sorry to her of Mariann's passing. I used to sell her blueberries at the Westside Community Farmers Market and enjoyed the occasional coffee or lunch. She was fun to talk to.
