Roger was a good man and I enjoyed working with him at LeClaire Manufacturing. We didn’t interact too be often being indifferent departments but when we did, he was always engaging and happy, sure he could get a little growly on occasion but always expressed his gratitude to His Lord , more than once he would say to me how blessed he was in this life, I think the world was a better place with him in it and he will be greatly missed especially by those to whom he was close, I would imagine he was a heck of a grandpa!
