James "Jimmy" Latham

Jimmy shared a deep friendship with, and was like a brother to, my father. Our families shared a lot of time and wonderful adventures together. I will always treasure the memories we made celebrating family events and holidays; especially our annual New Year’s Eve parties. I can only imagine the wonderful reunion he is having with my father. Rest in peace dear friend.

So many wonderful things could be shared about Uncle Jimmy. It wasn't until my grandfathers passing that I realized he wasn't actually his brother or my uncle! As a child, I have so many fond memories of tagging along to the antique malls with Mary, Jimmy and my grandparents or hanging out with Grandpa and Jimmy while woodworking. They instilled in me the love of all things old that can be made new again! After Grandpa passed, visiting with Jimmy was like being with grandpa again. One thing I know for certain, there was one hell of a cribbage game in Heaven last Thursday! Love and prayers to the Latham Family! Monica Hernandez Siegfried
