We (Dick and Dianne Hancock) have wonderful memories of Peter and Linda, our traveling companions for years: trips to Costa Rica, Spain, Australia/New Zealand, Alaska, Canada, Northeast U.S. We frequently met in Hilton Head having a wonderful time. Dianne finally beat Peter and Dick at Hearts on the last trip. When we were much younger, we enjoyed trips including our children -- cherished memories. Dick has been friends with Peter (Skid Roe) since eighth grade. We loved and miss Peter and Linda but hold them close through memories We send our love to Grant, Kara, Michelle and Greg and their families Dianne and Dick Hancock

Peter was a great friend and employer! He hired me away from Anchor Savings and Loan in Februsry of 1977 and asked me to be his closing department at Badger Abstract and Title. At that time we had 6 employees and when I left 12 years later, there were at least 40 of us! We worked hard to build BATC but also played hard after work! Peter and Linda were like family to me and everyone who worked there. They were just wonderful people and so are their children! Peter has been lost without Linda these past 15 months and I'm so glad they are together again! I can't wait to see them in heaven one day! Love you both!❣️❣️

Peter was a wonderful, giving and loving man. My wife Sari worked for Peter for a number of years and I’ll always remember those years. Great smile and big hugs. You will certainly be missed. My condolences to the family. God bless.

My friendship with Peter began over a business lunch at Rohde's Steakhouse in 1977, a few months after I had relocated to Madison for a new job. Like with many who met Peter, a friendship was born and ours became a close friendship. Almost 50 years of wonderful memories. I will miss him greatly.
