Kay always had a smile. Especially after she delivered a quick witted zinger back at Robin. We had several fun trips with Kay and John. One of my fondest memories was going to Nashville where Kay danced non-stop. We spent many Super Bowls at John and Kay's. She was always a great host. I will miss our texts about Wordle and our competition. We'll see you in heaven. Michele and Robin

Both my Dad and I worked with Kay at MPD—her smile, sense of humor and kindness were a constant—she made a difference in this world. My deepest empathy to her family and loved ones.

It’s hard for many of us to think of the parking officers at Mpd without thinking of Kay. Always kind, always with a smile. Our deepest condolences.
