You captured Bill and his warmth beautifully in his obituary. Bill was a great friend whose patience knew no boundaries. I miss knowing he’s fishing and golfing. You will be missed.

Bill was our neighbor and one of the best you could ask for. Always with a smile and calm demeanor and a hand raised in Hello. We and he helped each other with what ever was asked. We also helped with Sam if he was going to be gone. We will miss him and his neighborly ways. Rest in peace, Bill. Jerry and Linda DuBois

I am Toni’s neighbor on Oakridge Avenue, and I remember the story about how they met (thank you, doggies!). I also remember seeing how happy they were together—truly a blessing. And I remember seeing Bill tear up when he told me his dog Sam had died. Bill was special.
