We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Gunderson Funeral Home - Madison

I knew Karen through her sister, Jan, while she was in Arizona. We very much enjoyed her sense of humor and devotion to friends and family. Her art was well done and made one feel comfortable, something that is rare in other works. Our banter at the Bridge Table was always lively and filled with good will. I looked forward to seeing her in Madison, but alas that will not be. I miss Karen.

I knew Karen a number of years ago as part of a group that got together for dinner once a month. We were supposed to only meet for about six weeks - but the group went on for years. She was so lively and fun as well as having a depth about her. After she retired and moved to Silver City I visited her once - she seemed to have established a good life for herself there. I am so sorry to learn of her passing. Dianne Greenley
