Debbie was the first person I met at the Morey Airplane Company when I stopped by in 2011 to see about getting back into flying again after a long hiatus. She said, "We'll get you back flying again," and that they did. For the past 14 years I have always looked forward to seeing Debbie in her office chair whenever I came in to rent an airplane. She was always willing to stop what she was doing and listen to a story or laugh at a joke. She will be greatly missed by all of us at the airport.

Field, Karen, Rich, and all of the Maier family, I am so sorry for your loss. Whenever I encountered Debbie at the airport, she was always so kind, had an easy smile and a great sense of humor. She truly made the world around her a better place!
