I met Jimmy a long time ago when he and Mary asked me to babysit their kids for them. He was always there with a smile on his face. He was a great father to his awesome kids. I could have asked Jimmy for anything and if he could it would have happen. I love this family like my own. Sending hugs and prayers to Mary and Maria and Tony. You have an angel looking over you and your families.

I am so grateful that God allowed us to be born in the same family as cousins. I remember all the family gatherings, sledding, our annual summer visits from Virginia to see you and Mary (and little Maria) on The Square. Making sure to load up on the best cheese ever!!! (And looking for your Blue Ribbons at The Wisconsin State Fair). Later introducing you to my husband Glenn, who said, I just hit it off with Jimmy right away! We could talk about any subject.” (Didn’t anyone who met you felt that way?) Sitting in your living room, at the farm, laughing and talking so much that neither of us could get a word in edgewise, validating these 2 youngest cousins in the lineage inherited “the Moyer gift of Gab.” Words cannot express how much we will miss you Jimmy. God knew you were ready to head home, but we did not. To a perfect example of a man described in The Bible, you ran life’s race well to the end. (2 Timothy 4:7 , Hebrews 12:1-2 ) Love you and miss you!!!

I'm so so sorry for your loss. Jim was the best boss I ever had, a good friend to my family and one of my favorite clients when I was a travel agent.
I'm glad to have known him.

Jimmy and I met at a DU meeting in 1986. We both loved duck hunting and fast became friends!!! We
got together a lot. We enjoyed going to Vegas and Jamaica often! Jimmy was a kind and generous person who helped out a lot of poor people in Jamaica!!! There are lots of people there shedding tears for their loss!

I met Jimmy when married to Jeremiah, his nephew. During the entire time I was married to him, we both loved and respected Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Mary. I am so very sad to hear this. After my divorce, I went to the Madison Farmers Market to buy cheese from them and they always accepted me. I don't know what happened but he and your family will always be remembered fo day by me. All the trips to Jamaica. You were the best of the best.
