Niki and I Were Co workers back in the day. We were servers at a nice pancake spot busting our butts weekend mornings along with a the crew. I remember the first time Niki came over to eat Kathiew (Cambodian Style Pho) it was definitely a culture shock. She enjoyed it, which may have interested her southeast Asian tastebuds. After that, Sundays after shift our love for Saigon developed along with a few other servers. Rest In Peace Niki.
