John was a all around great guy, saw him at a East high basketball 🏀 a year ago. He look great, he knew who i was, right away. Class of 1977

Dear Sandy and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss of John. He was a fine man, and I remember him for his friendliness and passion for friends. I last saw you both at Bethel in Madison one Sunday I was with my sister. I also remember watching him play on the Luther basketball team. What good years and good memories! Love, Karen Peterson
