Sending love and hugs to the whole family. I worked with Andre when he worked for the State and made a life long friend. I will always cherish the memories of his sense of humor, his kindness and that smile. The world is a lesser place without him.

I am so very sorry to hear of Andre's passing. I had the pleasure working with him when he served on a Village committee. He crafted a "cartoonish" map of the Village and I am so glad I kept one of the. Every time I ook at it, it puts a smile on my face. He was always smiling and shared a grwat sense of humor!!!
