MADISON - Hannah Elizabeth May Holschbach, age 32, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024, at UW Hospital. She was born on Oct. 14, 1991, in Madison, the daughter of Michael and Judith (Prickett) Holschbach.

Hannah graduated from LaFollette High School in 2010. She was a proud member of Carpenters and Jointers Union Local 314 and worked for many local companies over the years, most recently with Miron Construction. She found solace and inspiration in the great outdoors where she truly felt at home hiking and mushroom hunting. Hannah's love for birds was matchless; not only did she relish her time with the numerous exotic birds she adopted through the years but took great pride in the care she provided. She also devoted her time as a volunteer at an exotic bird sanctuary. Her talents also extended to the realm of music, where she skillfully played multiple instruments, and spoke fluently in multiple languages.

Hannah will be missed by her father, Michael; brother, Joseph (Danielle) Holschbach; niece, Lainey Holschbach; significant other, Tanner Bruning; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith; three aunts, one uncle, and one cousin.
