In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with friends and loved playing cards, whether solitaire, euchre or whatever brought friends together. She especially liked getting together with high school friends for lunch at least once a month. Earlier in her life, she crocheted beautiful afghans for family members and friends. Each piece was crafted with care and love, often incorporating intricate patterns and vibrant colors that showcased her skill and creativity. At family gatherings, she was the life of the party, known for her incredible sense of humor that often left everyone in tears from laughter. Eunice was also an avid animal lover. The family had many pets over the years. She had a special bond with each one, treating them as cherished members of the family.
