Roger, you made me the welder that I am today, I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning and u never got mad you would just that big smile and laugh and see how the heck did you do that I will forever be grateful, no matter how busy you were with everything going on during the day you took the time to show me the right way now it’s up to me to pass on to the next generation what you passed on to me thank you may you rest in peace

I am at a loss on hearing of your passing Roger. You are by far the nicest guy I have met and worked with. You always had a smile and a laugh to give everyone……especially if they did something that lacked common sense!! May you rest in Peace and I am sure that you and the Man upstairs with have some chuckles together. Fly high Roger.

Roger been together since kindergarten, Sunday school, conformation,church always been friends always had a lot first together wrestling, basketball,football,first beer , swisher sweet , cigarette , double dated.
