Her passion was making things, from crocheting, scrubbies, dish mitts, afghans, hats, cross-stich, needlepoint, ceramics, sewing barbie clothes, and making my sister and I clothes in our early years in school and gifting to her family her homemade items. She enjoyed tending to her flowers, planting perennials, and black cap picking on the farm. They enjoyed traveling and taking summer vacations, especially to Switzerland, Norway, Alaska plus many more.
