Debra Kay Loughrin

Debbie was my best friend! I met her in cesarean families when she was pregnant with Ryan. She was worried about who she’d call if she went into labor before her c-section date. I told her to call me. That night she did! I went to her home and stayed with Jason and Beth so she and Pete could go to the hospital together and have baby Ryan! We’ve been close friends ever since! My husband and I are godparents to Emily! We haven’t been super close all the time through the years but we come back together easily and like we’ve never been apart. She’s one of the most amazing and caring women I’ve ever known! Her bravery, kindness, determination, courage, love and compassion are all qualities she possessed that were unsurpassed! I loved her so very much and will miss her terribly!

I was lucky to teach the Loughrin children at Orchard Ridge. They were a wonderful family.The parents were very supportive of their children and helped with many events at school. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of great loss.
