As HR manager for Brothers Main Michelle hired me and I will always be grateful. Upon our first meeting we had a very long conversation about second chances. Michelle hired me at a time when most people wouldn't have. She firmly believe people should not be defined by who they were yesterday, but on who they'd become today. I will never forget how hard we laughed when taking this picture. The wind was so bad I couldn’t see the picture and my hair was blowing in your face. We finally captured a picture but my finger is in the way. That trip and the memories we made will live in my heart forever. I was so blessed to have you as my Sister. You were an amazing big Sister. I last saw cousin Michelle December 12, 2021 at her beautiful home. While I didn't know Michelle as I lived away from WI, the few times I saw her she was so positive, funny and caring. A helpful woman with a big heart.❤️
