My thoughts and prayers to Jan and the Cobb family. I only met him once and we talked on the phone.

Chuck was a true southern gentleman and one of the nicest people I ever knew. He was always willing to help or take on a project at work that nobody else was willing to do. I remember he always had a smile. The world was a better place with him in it!

My condolences to the family of Chuck. I enjoyed working with him while I was the area conservationist at Council Bluffs, IA. He assisted in the active watershed programs and the ultimate construction of many flood prevention structures. Sincerely, Steve Stover
