I am deeply saddened with the news of Bob' s death. We had so much fun at Evansville Auto Auction. And got paid for it too. Not much, but we did get paid. It was a pleasure knowing someone like Bob he could always point out the bright side of almost anything. Rest in Pease Buddy. Mike Brown

With Dave being one of my best friends I spent a lot of time around the Deegan's house in my youth. I have a couple of lasting memories from Mr. Deegan; He told me once that you can always judge a man's self worth by the condition of his shoes. That was over 45 years ago and to this day I always keep my shoes polished because of his advice. I also remember he always had a grenade hanging on a nail in the garage which at that time I found fascinating and he would never tell you whether or not it was a real grenade, but it sure looked like it was and he always implied it was! My condolences on your loss. Bruce Christensen

Uncle Bob always went out of his way to say hello at Deegan family events and was interested in what was going on in your life. Bob was a gentle soul with a caring heart. The picture below was taken back in 2016 at the Stoughton Veterans Memorial where Bob and his brother John were honored for their military service. ..spending the afternoon with Bob & John was alot of fun! Our condolences go out to my cousins Danny, Lori, David, Jon and Jeff. Steve & Lynn Vale
