Richard Joseph Moura

I worked next to Rick at WPS. He was a gentle sole. Before he would leave for home, everything on his desk had to be in there proper place. Wondering what he would do if it was messed up, I messed it all up. All he did was shake his head, fixed it back in place and continued on with work. Rest In Peace Rick♥️

We will always remember Rick as a kind and supportive husband, father, scout leader, church usher and Knight of Columbus. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the Moura family at this time.
