Carole was such a spunky lady when I first met her — and maybe even just a little suspicious of our family, haha! After all, we were “stealing” her beautiful daughter Angela away from her. Thankfully, it all turned out pretty wonderfully, as Angela became such a treasured part of our entire extended family.
Over the years, we had opportunities to host Carole and Warren during Hoffman family visits back to town, and I was fortunate to celebrate some milestone anniversaries with them as well. One thing that always stood out was how Carole cherished time spent with family.
Sending love to all of you during this difficult time. May you continue to carry a little of Carole’s spunk forward in her memory.
Love,
Tiffany and the Esser family

Carole was the secretary at Wisconsin Cheese and I worked in the front of her office in the Deli. She was the stable grounding person that kept us all in line. Taught us high school kids how to properly ship those crocks of cheese around the world....She and Warren were a big part of my 16-18 years on this planet. God Bless her family
