Robert George Ferwerda

I am truly very sorry to learn of the passing of Bob. We were coworkers and good friends in the late ‘70s. He was always a person you could count on. He had a great sense of humor and I will always remember him fondly. He was a kind person. I am very thankful that we did have a chance to reconnect through facebook several years ago. I knew he faced health challenges but I am so sad to know that the challenges were insurmountable. My sympathies to his entire family, from Teresa Lacke Wilder.

I met Bob over 20 years ago at Meriter. He was delightful. Loved working with him and loved his mom Barbara. 🙏

Bob and I were happy-go-lucky buds at Edgewood. Much respect to a fellow Veteran. RIP bro. -tom riederer
