Dear Joan, Greg Skolaski told me about Jim’s death. I am sad to hear this news. Jim was a truly gentle man, who gave so much to the seating and mobility world. You and Jim were always so kind and generous to me at ISS. I remember many of our dinners together at ISS in Nashville. I love the picture of Jim that is posted here. It shows him as the kind man that he was. I am keeping you in my prayers at this sad time. Jan Polgar (London, Ontario)

Dear Joan, I had a meeting with Paula Moldenhauer this morning and she advised me on Jim's passing. I am so sorry of your loss, my condolences to you and your family. I always enjoyed meeting with you and Jim, he was one of my favorite clients. He loved to talk politics and the economy and always asked probing questions - that I am pretty sure he already knew the answer to. Without ever saying it to me, I knew he cared deeply about his family and the people who worked for him. Those meetings were always a lot of fun for me. I know he will be missed by everyone and am saddened to hear about his loss. Take care. Mike Burroughs
