Scott was our neighbor and friend. He was a friend to me but more importantly my wife. The first word that I think of when I think of Scott is Kindness. My wife was a pedestrian hit by a car 14 years ago causing her to be wheelchair bound and suffer a severe traumatic brain injury. Never once did Scott see my wife as disabled or different. He fully embraced, accepted and loved her as she is, He would often visit her at our house while I was at work and do a puzzle with her. This might seem like a small thing in the eyes of some but to us it made an enormous impact on our lives and the quality of life for my wife, Scott and his wife Dawn were always such kind neighbors. We will always hold Scott's kindness dear to our hearts. Ted and Tabby Elias

Brother – Today is full of memories of a Brother laid to rest and every fun memory filled with happiness and laughs. You were someone SO special to SO many and have always been such a joy to just be around. There was so much pain when it was time to let you go! That’s why this special message is sent to heaven above for the angels to take care of you and give you all our love. You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back, OR you can open your eyes and see all that he has left. You can remember him and only that he is gone OR you can cherish his memory and let it live on Love you Big Brother, Marin

There are too many memories that were made during the short time we lived a few blocks away from him. His drum playing, his laughter after a prank he pulled, the list is too long. He will always be in my heart & memories. My deepest sympathy to the whole family.

Scott will always be Scotty to me... the little red-haired boy who dared me to chase him all summer long as I helped grandma babysit him. The world will miss your gentleness, kindness, inquisitiveness, and empathy.
