I am so sorry that I can't be at the memorial service in person. June was one of the two most influential teachers in my whole life and I did not even meet her until AFTER graduate school. I learned more about myself, and working/dealing with others, and about how to live out one's values in daily life from her than from all my other "teachers" together. She was my Yoda. and I will miss her very much. I am SO very glad that June included included me in her "swan song tour" about five years ago, and also that I got to spend a morning with her in January of 2017 when I had a conference in Madison. I helped her make a raspberry sour cream coffee cake, for which she had lost the recipe. I was able to find an almost identical recipe with my cell phone, and what me made tasted delicious. For the next Unitarian potluck I go to, I will make one in her honor. Jefferson Westwood Fredonia, New York
