Our hearts are filled with sadness of the loss of such a great friend , The amazing get together s Barry and Christy would have were so memorable and special as we all grew up had kids got busy we all would still remain close no matter how much time had gone by. We will cherish the memories hold them close and keep his spirit alive may God bless you all and please know we will all ways be heaR for you Christy day or night we love you ! Tarkenton Family, My deepest sympathies .I am speechless.. Barry was just a really good guy. I can hear his laugh as I am writing this. I will miss seeing him around and Barry always taking the time to talk whenever we ran into each other. To his wife and Boys, I hope you ALWAYS reflect on the fact he was a friend to many and a damn good hard working man.... Kristi, I was so very sorry to read of Barry's sudden death! Although I never had the privilege of meeting him, I have no doubt that he was an all around great guy who helped to make a difference in many peoples' lives.
