My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ronald Lee Smith.

Every time I saw Ron working at MHS he was always putting his best foot forward with a great attitude. He was hardworking and kind. Per our few conversations, I knew he was struggling, but you would never know it. He certainly taught me what it looks like to rise above your circumstances, do your best every day, and to not let your troubles define you. I am grateful that I got to meet him and learn from him.
