Shortly before Bert passed away, I was talking with Jim at a family gathering (probably another funeral, that seems to be the only time we all get together). Jim was saying that he was probably spending way more money than he should taking Bert around to casinos, activities etc. What I really remember was him saying "That doesn't really matter, I just want to keep her happy!"
