Page, The last 18 months with you were a major bonus after almost losing you in July of '15. Celebrating Dad's 60th birthday was so much fun and I can't imagine it without you. There are a lot of things that I can't imagine without you...so, we will have to go on living with the idea that you are here with us still. We love and miss you. -Lisa

Dear Page's Family, my wife, Darcy, so appreciated everything Page did for her while she battled COPD. Darcy passed away October 2015 after 11 years as a lung recipient. She is, I am sure, sending condolences to you all in Page's memory. Even as Page struggled with her own illness, she was a real comfort to Darcy and me. With love, Hiram Shaw

My sincere condolences to family and friends of Page . Although I only got to know Page through playing facebookgames (Mafia and Mob Wars) over the last few years, I will never forget her courage and sense of humour. I know she will continue to watch over all those she loved !
