Roger was my dearest, best and closest friend for over 58 years. He was a brilliant man with many talents, but his greatest asset was his unique ability to be a great friend. He was always there to support his friends in time of need. I was truly blessed to have him as a friend. His loving wife and soul mate, Cherith, has suffered an unimaginable loss, but she's also fortunate that she was Roger's very best friend since the time they met back in 1968. Charles F. Hurlbut
