I just received word from Jesse that you passed. As I think of the memories of times sitting with you and how welcoming you always were with me. You treated me like I was your own daughter. We shared laughter, joy and some tears and the silly times I'd play with your daughters. You gave your heart for your children. I had always thought about where you had moved to after moving from Williamson Street and wished we could sit at the table again and reminisce and share hugs. When I got word from Tony that you were fighting cancer, I wanted to see you and help in any way I could. I tried to get to you, but I could not as my car stopped running and I'm not able to be in the presence of your final earthly life journey today. My deepest condolences, prayers of strength and peace are with your children and your family members. You will be in my thoughts, my heart and my spirit today.
