I only knew Joe for a short while as his neighbor. He was a true gentleman. When my husband died he offered many times that their door was always open for me. I will miss him very much. JoAnn Dachenbach

Very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. A great man who will be dearly missed. I enjoyed working with Joe at ETC and running into him at events at the Alliant Energy Center. Always nice talking with him.
