Ginny was a woman of gentleness and warmth. Being a wife for 63 years, she lived in a household filled with much love and activity with her large family. She loved staying in touch with folks, beginning when she had an elementary school pen pal, to being an avid emailer. This brought her great joy.

Ginny’s greatest joy was being a mom, a grandma, and a great-grandma; not to mention being “mother” to many others that passed through her front door.

We will be celebrating Ginny’s life at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023.

Ginny leaves a legacy of love and kindness, so in lieu of memorials, it’s fitting to share a random act of kindness in her memory. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
