I saw enjoyed knowing Joel during our high school years and singing in choir with him. Such a kind soul. I called him a couple of years ago, after talking with him mom and finding out where he was living. We had a wonderful conversation about our high school memories. I now live in Florida, so I am unable to attend his celebration of life. My deepest condolences to his family and friends, and may you all share your many fond and funny stories and memories of Joel throughout the coming days.
