We are good friends with Mike and Shana. It sounds like Shirley led a happy and full life and Im sure she will be missed. So sorry for your loss.

I lived next to Shirley for three years in Harlingen. She was such a blessing to me and my family. We would spend time with her almost daily, and my kids loved getting a Freezy pops from her and seeing Lucky. I’m not sure if the family will read this but if you do, I wanted to let Shirley’s daughter know that Shirley talked about you all the time and loved you very much. ❤️

Long time memory for Shirley. Dated her many years ago as a student a Texas A & M. So honest and personable. She revisited the Valley and by chance met one of my Harlingen High close friends a few years ago. Contacted me to let me know. Connected on her flight back North at DFW and regret not going to the airport to really visit with a cherished honest person from years ago!!
