George S. "Bud" Norgord

The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero, George Norgord. We are thankful for his military service and proud to have served him on his trip to Washington, D.C. on May 13, 2017.

GINNY, CHRIS, LYNN, JEANNE & DOUG. YOU HAVE MY SYMPATHY. BUD WAS A GREAT FRIEND AND YOU ALL WERE THE BEST NEIGHBORS WE EVER HAD. WE HAD SOME GREAT TIMES TOGETHER. I HOPE YVONNE WAS THERE TO MEET BUD AT THE PEARLY GATES. LOVE YOU ALL BOB COPPENS

We will miss our dear friend of so many years. Remembering the 20 years or so of attending Badger hockey games and playing bridge afterwards. We also traveled together and flew kites off the stern of the ship. We had such fun. Love you Bud.
