Michael Thomas Dowell

I knew Mike for the entirety of his career at MMHI. He was an exemplary employee a dedicated member of the local union, and a good friend. We often chatted over a beer after a union meeting or had lunch together after I left MMHI in 2000 until my retirement in 2008. My condolences all his friends and relatives. He was a good man! I worked with Mike at Goodland Hall in the early 90's. He was a fine Correctional Officer and Friend. Hard to believe it has been almost 30 years. So sorry to hear of his passing. Floyd May
