Florence A. Krofta

Flossie and Rudy were lifetime friends of my mom and dad, spending every New Year's Eve together for over 45 years, and countless card parties. Flossie's laugh is etched in my brain forever; and she was surely always laughing. I remember her enviable sewing skills and the fancy new machine she got while we still had a treadle machine at home in the early 1950s. Hers made button holes and embroidery patterns, certainly upscale from sewing in only straight lines! In later years, I would periodically see the two of them out and about, always together. They were always ready to chat and catch up, always in an upbeat mood. Ken and I will fondly remember Flossie. We wish Rudy and Cheri comfort in this sad time. Love, Anna Lee (Henningsen) Landen
