David Dale Shipley

When I retired in 1994 from Consolidated Freightways, at age 53, The Teamsters retirement board, after approving all my papers to retire, changed their minds and said I had to wait until I was 60 before getting my first check. Dave sent them a letter telling them how wrong they were and I thought he would be fired for what he said in the letter. But shortly after sending the letter, I got my approval and shortly afterwards I received my first check. He sure did go to bat for me. Tom Mileski

My deepest sympathy during this difficult time. May you find comfort with memories, much love and hugs to Connie and family.
