The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero,., Alvin Brager. We are thankful for his military service and proud to have served him on his trip to Washington, D.C. on November 12, 2011.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Prayers are with all the members of Bud"s family. I'll always cherish the memories of the many times hunting and fishing with him. He also was a guiding hand when we first moved on the farm on Coyle road. We also had many memories when we were clowns performing with the Lodi legion band (later the soon to be famous band). Once again Thanks for the memories.

I knew Bud and his brother who both volunteered at the VA Hosp. I hunted on his land for about six years. I would always stop and visit with him before I went home. I liked him very much and enjoyed his stories of his past. I was also close to his brother who passed some time ago. I went to visit him couple months ago but he didn't know me. Made me sad but we talked for some time. I will miss him. Herman
